UC Davis Law Review

The UC Davis Law Review is now currently accepting submissions.

Please note that we do not accept submissions from J.D. candidates at other law schools or from UC Davis students who are not currently on Law Review. (This does not apply to co-authors with non-students.) Current Law Review Members should not submit through Scholastica, but should contact the Managing Editor to ascertain when Notes should be submitted for selection.

Footnotes should conform to the The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed.). All submissions should be in either MS Word or Adobe PDF format and should include a table of contents. Authors must provide a curriculum vitae and a cover letter.
